How the UAT site works
This is the Welltraxx user acceptance testing site: a separate copy of the platform where you try your everyday work before it goes live.
Work the way you normally would
The records here are a copy made for testing. Nothing you do on this site reaches your live system, so add, change and delete records as you need to.
Your testing tasks
Your list of things to try, chosen for your role, is at uat-testing.enertraxx.com. Sign in there with the same account you use on this site.
Signing in
Use the account Welltraxx set up for you. Administrators are asked to set up two-factor authentication the first time they sign in. Choose the authenticator app, because codes sent by email go to the shared test inbox below, not to yours.
No email is sent
This site never delivers email. Invitations, password reset links and sign-in codes land in a shared test inbox instead of yours. Open it at the Mailpit inbox, or ask your Welltraxx contact for the inbox password or for the message you are waiting for.
Found a problem?
Use the feedback button in the corner of the page while the problem is on your screen. It sends us a screenshot with your note. Confusing wording, slow pages and anything that looks wrong all count.
